Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or restocks. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available for an additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days after processing. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order or made-to-order items may have extended processing and delivery times. Estimated shipping windows will be provided on the product page.
